摘 要:目的:了解血尿酸水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法:79例病人行冠状动脉造影以了解冠脉的病变程度,同时检查空腹血尿酸水平。结果:冠脉造影显示冠脉正常者27例,冠心病52例。较之冠脉正常组血尿酸水平[(334±82)μmol/L],冠脉单支病变组血尿酸水平[(349±89)μmol/L],冠脉双支病变组血尿酸水平[(372±85)μmol/L],冠脉三支病变组血尿酸水平[(396±91)μmol/L]均显著升高(P<0.05),而且冠脉病变三组间血尿酸水平两两相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:随着血尿酸水平升高,冠状动脉病变程度增加。Objective: To study the correlation between uric acid level and severity of coronary artery disease. Methods:The coronary angiography was performed and blood uric acid level was detected in 79 patients. Results: The coronary angiography shows that there was normal in 27 persons and 52 patients were suffered from coronary artery disease. Compared with uric acid level of normal control group [(334±82)μmol/L], the uric acid level of one branch, two branches, three branches of coronary artery significantly increased (P〈0.05 all), and respectively was E (349±89)μmol/L]. ,[372±85)μmol/L]. [ (396±91)μmol/L]. The uric acid level progressively increased (P〈0. 05 all) when compared each other among three groups of coronary artery disease. Conclusion: There is correlation between uric acid level and severity of coronary artery disease. Following the uric acid level increase, the severity of coronary artery disease increase.
