50例老年2型糖尿病患者心率变异性与心律失常关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病心律变异与心律失常的关系。方法:观察组50例老年2型糖尿病患者,对照组40例进行全程24h动态心电图检查,进行心率变异性(HRV)时域指标(SDNN、SDANN、PNN50三角指数)分析。结果:老年2型糖尿病病人心率变异时域指标SDNN、SDANN、PNN50及三角指数低于正常人(P<0.01),同时心律失常的发生率却明显高于正常人(P<0.01)。结论:老年2型糖尿病病人心率变异性越低,心律失常的发生率就越高。Objective.. To study the relations between heart rate variation （HRV） and arrhythmia among the aged patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： Observation group of 50 cases of aged patients with type 2 diabetes and 40 cases of control group were selected and carried out a 24 h dynamic electrocardiography. Their HRV time domain indexes （SDNN. SDANN, rMSSD, PNNS0 and triangular index）were analyzed. Results; The SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, PNN50 and triangular index were lower than those of normal cases （P〈0. 01）, but the occurrence rate of arrhythmia was obviously higher than that of the normal cases （P〈0.01） in observation group. Conclusion.. The lower the HRV the higher the occurrence rate of arrhythmia is in aged patients with type 2 diabetes.
