摘　　要：本文结合当地实际情况,依据遭受超强台风袭击时,村镇民房建筑大量破坏的调查资料,对村镇民房建筑的现状、存在问题及解决方法予以分析探讨,并从建筑设计、结构设计、抗震构造措施、加强农民建筑知识培训以及加强管理等方面,提出了提高这类建筑的工程质量与抗灾能力的方法。This paper investigate local damaged farmer house by strong typhoon disaster, discusses and analyses the solutions of the problem for the present farmer house. The paper proposes a few methods which contribute to improving engineer quality and earthquake resistance for the farmer house, such as improving architectural design and structure design, structure measure of earthquake resistance, cultivating peasants＇ engineering knowledge by specific training and enhancing administration.
