摘　　要：本文对我国标准和国际建议中关于后张预应力筋-锚具组装件静力性能要求的理论依据和规定作了讨论性阐述,并根据我国预应力筋产品标准的指标,对锚具的效率系数进行了具体分析,提出了个人观点和建议。This paper make an exposition of stipulations and theoretical basis of requirement of static performance of post-tensioned prestressed reinforcement-riveter assemblage in our country＇s standard and international proposal. According to the index of prestressed reinforcement standard, a concrete analysis of efficiency coefficient of riveter is made, some author＇s own proposals is put forward as well.
