摘  要:采用生长速率法对35种化学药剂抑制水稻小球菌菌丝生长进行筛选,并对抑制菌丝生长效果较好的化学药剂作毒力测定。结果表明,扑海因、粉锈宁和特谱唑抑制菌丝生长效果最显著,其EC50值依次为特谱唑(15.25 mg.kg-1)>粉锈宁(5.68 mg.kg-1)>扑海因(0.22 mg.kg-1)。3种杀菌剂的毒力方程经检验差异均达到极显著,这说明任何一个毒力方程对小球菌核病的防治都可以提供理论指导。We have screened and tested 35 agrochemicals against Sclerotium oryzae Catt. by using the method of mycelium growth in our lab. The results indicated that iprodione, triadieion and dlnlconazde were capable of effectively inhibiting the mycelium growth of Sclerotium oryzae Catt.. Besides, it was discovered that the three fungicides were in an order with EC50 diniconazde = 15.25 mg · kg^-1, EC50 triadieion = 5.68 mg · kg^-1, EC50 iprodione = 0. 22 mg · kg^-1, respectively. All the three biological activity regression equation showed that there was a great difference after analysis of variance, revealing that any biological activity regression equation can guide to control the disease at the level.
