摘  要:通过田间试验研究腈菌唑在香蕉上的残留动态,采用气相色谱法测定腈菌唑在香蕉果肉和香蕉皮上的残留量。结果表明,腈菌唑在香蕉上施用以后降解较快,腈菌唑在香蕉上的消解遵循指数型降解规律,在香蕉果肉和香蕉皮中半衰期分别为10.4和7.7 d。残留量与腈菌唑施药量、施药次数相关,施药量对残留量影响更大,残留量随着施药量增多而增高,而在不同施药次数处理时无显著差异。以推荐剂量施用,施药次数为4次,最后一次施药20 d后腈菌唑在香蕉果肉中的残留量为0.239 mg.kg-1,安全间隔期为20 d。分析结果表明腈菌唑对香蕉使用安全。Field experiments were conducted to study residue and degradation of myclobutanil in banana. Myclobntanil residues were quantified by gas-liquid chromatography with nitrogen and phosphorus detection (GC-NPD). In Trial I , we investigated the myclobutanil degradation following application at a recommended dose level. In TrialⅡ , we investigated effects of application rates and application times on the myclobutanil in banana. The results showed that myclobutanil dissipated rapidly from both banana pulp and peel, and their half-lives were 10.4 d and 7.7 d, respectuively. When banana trees were sprayed 4 times with myclobutanil at the recommended dose level, it residue in the banana pulp was 0. 239 mg · kg^- 1 at harvest fruit, and the safe interval was 20 days before harvesting. The results showed that myclobutanil is safe for use in controlling diseases on banana.
