摘　　要：以DTPA为提取剂,用原子吸收分光光度计测定土壤中的有效态铅和镉,多次实验室间和实验室内的对比试验表明,其方法可靠,精密度和允许偏差都在国家标准允许范围内。According to the method for determination of available forms of heavy metals in soil extracted with DTPA, the amounts of available Pb and Cd in a soil was determined with atomic absorption spectrometer. A control test was simultaneously conducted in several laboratories. It has been indicated that the method was reliable and its precision and criterion error were also in line with the limit of nation criterion.
