摘  要:为模拟高寒、干燥环境下的拉西瓦水电站混凝土大坝的保温保湿措施,选择与拉西瓦水电站所处地理位置及自然气候条件相接近的李家峡水电站大坝,进行自然环境条件下的聚氨酯泡沫材料喷涂试验,考察在低温环境下喷涂不同色彩、不同厚度聚氨酯泡沫以及表面加喷水泥浆等不同喷涂方案下混凝土的保温保湿效果,并通过预埋在聚氨酯保温保湿层下的温度计和湿度计进行长达2个月的原形观测和分析。试验结果表明,与常规保温材料相比较,喷涂聚氨酯泡沫材料施工工艺简单,产品性能稳定可靠,具有良好的经济性,各种试验条件下喷涂聚氨酯泡沫均能很好地满足保温保湿效果。The study was performed to simulate thermal insulation and moisture holding measures for the concrete dam of the Laxiwa Hydroelectric Project in high-cold arid regions. The Lijiaxia Hydroelectric Project, which is almost at the same geographic position and under the same natural climate condition as those of the Laxiwa Hydroelectric Project, was selected for simulation and prototype observation of effect of thermal insulation and moisture holding by sprayed painting polyurethane. During the tests, the polyurethane foaming materials of different thickness were sprayed at low temperature, and different technologies, such as adding colors and spraying cement mortar on the surface, were also adopted. Then two months' observation was carried out by use of thermometers and moisture meters pre-buried in polyurethane materials and the data obtained was analysed. The result shows that, as compared with other thermal insulation materials, the polyurethane foaming materials are simple in construction, stable and reliable in performance, and low in cost, and the effect of thermal insulation and moisture holding of the dam by sprayed painting polyurethane under different conditions is satisfactory.
