摘 要:分析了无轴承开关磁阻电机的径向磁悬浮力产生机理,在考虑磁场饱和的前提下,使用有限元方法对电机电磁场进行计算,分析了电机的转矩与径向力特性.研究了电机主、副绕组电流对电机磁极磁场的影响,及电流与转矩、径向力的非线性关系,给出了实现电机稳定运行的电流取值范围,为电机有效控制奠定了基础.The principle of radial force in bearingless switched reluctance motor is introduced briefly, and the electromagnetic field of bearingless switched reluctance motor with the magnetic saturation is analyzed and calculated by using the finite element method, in which the torque and radial force characteristics are analyzed. The influence of main winding and auxiliary winding currents on the magnetic field of motor and the nonlinear relation from the winding currents to the torque and radial force are studied. The effective area of winding currents that can ensure steady operation is obtained, which provides the basis for the effective control of motor.
