摘　　要：分子蒸馏技术是一种新型液-液分离技术,现已广泛应用于很多领域。对分子蒸馏技术的原理、设备和特点做简要介绍,着重介绍了近年来分子蒸馏技术在塑料、化妆品、食品和医药领域中的应用进展。As a new technology applied in the separation of liquid, molecular distillation is widely used in many fields such as Chinese herbal medicines, natural products, food and chemical industry. The principle, equipment and characteristics of molecular distillation were introduced, and its application progress in recent years were summarized.
