摘　　要：与我国物权法制定密切联系的问题是将来不动产登记机关的选择,理论上主要有两种选择,一是由法院进行登记,二是由行政机关进行登记。在现行登记制度的基础上由统一的行政机关管理登记事务是适合我国国情的现实选择。The issue that is closely related with the legislation of Real Right Law in China is how to choose the real property registration institution in the future. And in theory, there are two choices, one is the court, and the other is the administrative organ. Therefore, registering in the administrative organ on the basis of existing registration system is exactly the right practice and suitable to China.
