腰椎间盘突出症患者的心理状况分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的了解腰椎间盘突出症患者心身状况及其影响因素,并探讨相关的护理对策。方法对62例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分析其心身状况和个性特征,调查所得结果进行统计学分析。结果腰椎间盘突出症患者SCL-90的9个因子分值均高于国内常模(均p<0.01)。结论重视腰椎间盘突出症患者的心理状况对疾病的影响,充分调动患者的主观积极性,发挥家庭支持系统的作用才能有效地减轻或消除患者的心身痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To find out the situation of patients with prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc （PLID） and its influencing factors and also to study the relevant nursing countermeasures. Method With the Symptom Checklist - 90 （ SCL - 90） adopted, the body and mind situation and characters of 62 cases of patients with PLID were analyzed and the statistic analysis also was made on the investigation result. Result The 9 factor values in SCL - 90 of patients with PLID were all higher than those in the domestic regular pattern （p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the influences of psychological situation on the patients with PLID, the subjective initiative of patients should be brought into full play and the family support should be maneuvered, by which the sufferings from mind and body of the patients will be relieved or eliminated, then improving the life quality of patients.
