摘 要:目的探讨血脂、血清胆红素与冠心病的关系。方法实验组为57例冠状动脉造影阳性、确诊冠心病患者,又将其分为单支病变、二支病变及三支病变组,对照组为同期入院67例非冠心病患者,分别检测血清胆红素及血脂水平,并进行比较。结果冠心病组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均低于非冠心病组,差异有统计学意义;冠心病组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇/总胆红素、总胆固醇(/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇+总胆红素)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇+总胆红素)均高于非冠心病组,差异有统计学意义。结论低胆红素血症及血脂异常均与冠心病相关,两者联合检测则统计学意义更为显著。Objective To evaluate the relationship between blood lipids or/and serum bilirubin and coronary heart disease. Methods Between July 2005 and May 2006, 57 inpatients (31 males and 26 females) diagnosed to have coronary, heart disease with coronary arteriography, and the group was separated into 3 subgroup, by the number of injured coronary arteries : Another 67 patients (37 males and 30 females) were taken as controls, they were proved with no coronary disease. The total cholesterol(TC), high densily lipoprotein eholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein eholesterol(LDl,-C), bilirubin were detected. The analysis of variance was used to compare the means among The groups. Results There were obvious differences in TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, TC/TBIL, HDL-C, LDL-C, TC/(HDL-C+TBIL) and LDL-C/(HDL-C+TBIL) among the 2 groups(P 〈0.05-0.01). Conclusions The decreased total bilirubin and increased LDL, LDL/(HDL+TBIL) and TC/(HDL+TBIL) are related to coronary heart disease.
