摘  要:基于氢氯噻嗪对三(2,2′-联吡啶)钌(Ⅱ)(Ru(bipy)32+)-Ce(Ⅳ)化学发光体系的增强作用,构建了一种化学发光直接检测氢氯噻嗪的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,该方法的线性范围和检出限分别为5.0×10-3~2.0mg/L和3.07×10-3mg/L.对含0.50 mg/L氢氯噻嗪的溶液平行测定11次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.4%.该方法应用于氢氯噻嗪片中氢氯噻嗪含量的测定,获得满意结果.Hydrochlorothiazide is a kind of forbidden medicines for sportsmen. It was observed that hydrochlorothiazide could greatly enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) intensity of tris-(2,2'-bipyridyl)ruthenium( Ⅱ ) (Ru(bipy)^2+ 3 )-Ce(IV) system. Based on which, a novel CL method was developed for detecting it. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range and detection limit of the proposed method were 5.0 × 10^-3-2. 0 mg/L and 3.07 × 10^-3 mg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviation of determining solutions containing 0. 5 mg/L hydrochlorothiazide was 4.4% (n= 11). The proposed CL method was applied to detect hydrochlorothiazide in hydrochlorothiazide tables with satisfactory results.
