摘 要:目的研究高校新校区学生主要活动场所空气微生物污染状况,评价学生活动场所的空气质量。方法采用平板沉降法,于夏季早、晚分别检测四川大学江安新校区6个不同环境空气中的细菌、霉菌和嗜血链球菌数。结果除浴室外,新校区内不同环境空气中平均细菌数都达到国家非污染空气的标准,教室、计算机房、一餐厅、女生宿舍空气均属于清洁空气;男生宿舍、阅览室和二餐厅则属于普通空气;浴室属于重污染空气。学生宿舍、二餐厅霉菌数稍高于其他环境,以浴室的空气中霉菌数最多。各测试点的嗜血链球菌数均低于相关标准。结论四川大学江安新校区除极少数环境需要加强管理外,主要学生活动场所的空气非常清洁。Objective To investigate the pollution of microorganism in air in new college campus, and to assess the air in teaching and living environment. Methods By using the natural sinking methed the amount of total bacteria, molds, and Hemophilus Streptococcus(HS) in air at the six different sites in moming and night were examined in Jiang-an campus in Sichuan University. Results The air of the six sites in the campus reached the national standard for non-polluted air, except in the bathronm. The air was at the clean level in the classroom computer room, the first cafeteria, female dormitory, and the air was non-polluted in male dormitory, reading room and the second cafeteria was slightly higher than any other environments, and the amount of HS in all these sites were less than the related standards. Conclusion The air of the major teaching and living environment is quite clean in Jiang-an campus, except for a few sites.
