手术治疗合并下胫腓分离的踝关节骨折

摘　　要：目的总结合并下胫腓联合分离的踝关节骨折手术治疗的效果。方法治疗合并下胫腓联合分离的踝关节骨折52例，采用钢板固定腓骨，螺丝钉固定内踝，下胫腓仍不稳定者应用单个皮质骨螺丝钉固定。结果术后随访8～36个月。骨折愈合良好。依据Olerud评分方法，优36例．良13例，可3例。结论手术复位是治疗合并下胫腓联合分离的踝关节骨折的必要选择．正确的复位顺序、合适的手术入路及固定方法是取得良好复位的关键。Objective To summarize the effectiveness of the disruption of tibia-fibular joint combined with malleolar fracture. Methods Forty-two cases were treated by operation. Results The patients were followed up for 8 to 36 months. All patients acquired bone healing. The follow-up outcomes were determined using Olerud＇s criteria, which revealed that 36 patients were excellent, 13 good,3 fair. Conclusion The good effect of operated treatment is available on the disruption of tibia-fibular joint malleolar fracture.
