摘 要:采用序批实验研究了苯酚对硝化颗粒污泥性能的影响。结果表明,苯酚的存在显著地降低了氨氮降解率,抑制了硝化颗粒污泥中氨氧化菌的活性和亚硝酸氧化菌的活性,显著地降低了氨氮的比降解速率和硝氮的比生成速率,降低了硝化颗粒污泥的硝化性能。苯酚去除后,硝化颗粒污泥中氨氧化菌的活性可以完全恢复,而亚硝酸氧化菌的活性不能完全恢复。苯酚的降解是硝化颗粒污泥中的好氧异养菌、硝化菌和厌氧的反硝化菌共同作用的结果。The present paper aims to introduce the authors' investigation on the effects of phenol on the performance of the nitrified granules through batch experiments. As is known, the activity of the ammonia-oxidized bacteria in the nitrified granules was inhibited in the presence of phenol. For initial phenol concentrations of 3 mg/L, 6 mg/L, 12 mg/L and 18 rag/L, the ammonia oxidizing rates were 98.69%, 34%, 32% and 27% of the control, respectively. Phenol inhibited the activities both of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and the nitrite-oxidizing bacteria, the ammonia oxidizer after removing phenol would fully recover its activities whereas the nitrite oxidizer can just recover part of its activities. When the phenol' s initial concentrations range from 3 mg/L to 18 mg/L, the decreasing rate of the specific ammonia oxidizer would increase from 72% to 90%. However, the specific nitrate production rate of the specific ammonia oxidizer would just increase from 59% to 97%. Thus, the results show that the presence of phenol may cause a remarkable reduction of the specific ammonia oxidation rate and nitrate production rate. In addition, the reduction of the total nitrogen concentration in the batch experiments in the presence of phenol indicated that the simultaneous nitrification and de-itrification may take place in the reactor. Thus, the results of ours from the batch experiments prove that phenol degradation was the joint performance by the heterotrophic organisms, nitrified organisms and denitrified organisms in the nitrified granules.
