摘 要:以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,对异丁烯齐聚反应动力学进行了研究。首先通过机理分析建立了齐聚反应动力学模型。用高斯-牛顿法,根据实验数据进行参数估算,得到了相应的动力学模型参数,经统计检验表明,动力学模型是适当的,而齐聚反应液中各组分浓度与时间的关系曲线则显示异丁烯的齐聚具有一级串联不可逆反应的特征。异丁烯二聚和三聚的速率方程分别为-dcIB/dt=2kIBcIB,dcDIB/dt=kIBcDIB-kDIBcDIB,反应速率常数kIB=3.08×106exp(-54 520/RT),kDIB=3.10×103exp(-36 670/RT)。The intrinsic kinetics of the oligomerization of isobutene was investigated in the presence of strong acid cation exchange resin catalyst. The discussion on the mechanics indicated that the oligomerization reaction model of isobutene was reasonable. Parameters of the intrinsic kinetics model were solved by the Gauss-Newton method based on the experimental data. From the statistic test and residual error distribution the intrinsic kinetics model was proved to be adequate. The kinetic experiments and model analysis showed that the oligomerization of isobutene was in agreement with the characteristic of consecutive irreversible first-order reaction. The rate equation for the dimerization of isobutene and formation of diisobutene are --dcIB/dt:2kIBCIB, dcDIB/dt= kIBCDIB -kDIBCDIB, where kiB : 3. 08 )× 10^6exp( - 54 520/RT), kDIB =3. 10× 10^3exp(-36 670/RT).
