单级单吸清水离心泵技术水平分析

摘　　要：对单级单吸清水离心泵的性能指标进行了行业调查,收集了3000多个规格的国内单级单吸清水离心泵的相关数据,在此基础上,将效率、汽蚀余量性能指标的实测值与国家标准规定值及样本数值进行了比较,对立式结构泵、卧式结构泵分别进行了统计和整理,并对整理结果进行了详细的技术分析。介绍了国内单级单吸清水离心泵的技术水平现状,指出了样本数据普遍与实测数据不一致,低比转速的性能指标技术水平相对好一些,以及立式结构泵的效率性能指标偏低等情况。The technology development of net positive suction（NPSH） performance indexes about singlestage and single-suction rinsing centrifugal pumps is evaluated. More than 3 000 sample values of performance indexes about vertical and horizontal pumps are collected and compared, and these statistic and neat data are analyzed in detail. Based on these data, it is pointed out that the sample values are inconsistent with measuring ones, performance indexes under low rotating speed are better, and efficiency performance indexes are lower for vertical pumps.
