23例盲肠后位阑尾炎超声表现与手术病理对照观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声检查对盲肠后位阑尾炎的诊断价值及其声像特征。方法:回顾分析23例盲肠后位阑尾炎的超声表现,并与手术病理对照。结果:23例盲肠后位阑尾炎中,超声检出21例,其中急性单纯性阑尾炎5例,急性蜂窝织阑尾炎6例,急性坏疽性阑尾炎2例,慢性阑尾炎8例,慢性阑尾炎急性发作2例。结论:超声对盲肠后位阑尾炎有较高的检出率,对于症状不典型,临床疑诊阑尾炎的患者应及时行超声检查。Aim： To ananlyze the diagnostic value and imaging feature of sonography in retrocecal appendicitis. Methods： Comparing with pathological results, sonography image of 23 cases with retrocecal appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All of the patients, 21 cases were detected by sonography, including 5 cases of simple acute appendicitis, 6 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis, 2 cases of acute gangrenous appendicitis, 8 cases of chronic appendicitis and 2 cases of chronic appendicitis with acute episode. Conclusion：Sonography has a higher accuracy in the diagnosis of retrocecal appendicitis. For the patient with atypical appendicitis symptom, sonography should be made.
