摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿腹腔镜肾切除手术期的护理。方法:回顾分析2006年3～10月应用腹腔镜治疗12例小儿肾发育不良的手术期护理记录,总结手术期间护理中的要点。结果:本组12例均在腹腔镜下切除发育不良肾及输尿管,手术时间90～120分钟。术中出血5～15ml,未出现护理不当而影响手术进行,保证了手术顺利完成。结论:手术前置胃管、导尿管,排空胃、膀胱;备足手术所需器械与物品;保证器械正常使用;注意各种引流、吸引管道及静脉穿刺管道通畅,是保证手术顺利完成的主要护理措施。Objective：To study the intraoperative nursing care of laparoscopic nephrectomy in children.Methods：The intraoperative nursing records in 12 children with renal hypoplasia from March to October in 2006 treated with laparoscope were analysed retrospectively,and the key points of intraoperative nursing care were summarized.Results：The resection of the hypoplastic kidney and ureter was smoothly performed in all 12 children.The operative time was 90～120 minutes,the intraoperative bleeding was 5～15 ml.All the cases were success without complications.Conclusion：Setting the gastric tube and urinary canal before operation,preparing enough surgical instruments and goods,ensuring the surgical instruments well work during operation and preserving the unobstruction of the drainage tubes,suction catheters and venopuncture catheters are the main nursing measures to ensure the operative success.
