摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育对重症肝炎患者行血浆置换后生活质量的影响。方法:将60例行血浆置换的重症肝炎患者随机分为两组,观察组30例患者采用常规护理的基础上运用护理程序进行全面的健康教育;对照组30例患者采用常规护理及传统的卫生宣教。于患者血浆置换治疗3~4周后,采用GLQZ生活质量指标进行测定。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者的生活质量明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:运用护理程序对患者进行全程的健康教育,能有效地缓解患者和家属的心理压力,顺利过渡到缓解期内科综合治疗,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life of severe hepatitis with plasma exchange. Methods:60 inpatients with severe hepatitis were divided randomly into two groups.30 inpatients in observation group received health education that was arranged by nursing process on the basis of routine nursing;30 cases in control group received routine nursing and traditional health education.All patients were measured by GLQZ index of live quality at 3-4 weeks after plasma exchange.Results:Compared with the patients in control group,quality of life of the patients in observation group was more significantly increased(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Applying nursing process in health education for patients of severe hepatitis with plasma exchange can reduce mental stress effectively and make they enter comprehensive treatments as well as improve their quality of life.
