鼻内镜微创手术置管治疗额筛窦囊肿20例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下手术置管治疗额筛窦囊肿的疗效。方法回顾20例额筛窦囊肿的临床资料,所有病例均在内镜下手术置管治疗。结果20例术后恢复良好,无并发症发生,囊肿无复发。结论应用鼻内镜施行额筛窦囊肿手术并置管,具有损伤小、效果好、面部无疤痕的优点,为治疗额筛窦囊肿的首选方法。[Objective] To discuss the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery and intubation for frontal and ethmoidal sinus mucoceles. [Methods] 20 cases with frontal and ethmoidal sinus mucoceles were reported. All patients were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery and intubation. [Results] The symptoms were relieved or improved in 20 cases. None of the patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery and intubation has complications and no evidence of recurrent mucocele was seen in any patient. [Conclusion] Endoscopic sinus surgery and intubation for frontal and ethmoidal sinus mucoceles is simple and safe and no scar on the face. It is the first elected method for management of frontal and ethmoidal sinus mucoceles.
