摘　　要：本文介绍一台串联飞行时间-付里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱仪的构造和主要技术参数。其中的离子回旋共振质谱仪用于分析与研究分子-离子反应,而其前级的飞行时间质谱计则用于对注入磁场前的离子进行质量选择。The construction and main technical performance of a tandem TOF/FT-ICR mass spectrometer developed by Rice University(USA) are described. The time-of-flight mass spectrometer is used for mass selection of ions before they are injected into superconducting magnetic field and trapped in a cell of ICR. The ion cyclotron mass spectrometer is used for analysis and research of reactions taking place between ions and other molecules.
