非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术临床分析——附21例报告

摘　　要：目的评价非体外循环心脏不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术的临床价值及意义。方法回顾分析21例非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的临床资料,对手术方法及围手术期治疗进行分析总结。结果全组无术中需转体外循环,无围手术期急性心肌梗死,无死亡病例。术后心绞痛全部缓解,住院天数12-21d,平均14.53d。结论非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术安全可行,且可减少输血,减轻手术创伤与并发症。远期效果有待观察。Objective To evaluate the clinical value and significance of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods From June 2000 to December 2005, 21 patients underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Surgical techniques, per-operative treatments were analyzed in this study. Results No off- pump was ehanged to on-pump, no postoperative myocardial infarction happened and mortality is zero in this group. All eases recovered smoothly. Patients stayed in hospital for 12 - 21days（ average 14.53 days）. Condusion Off-pump coronary bypass grafting is an alternative treatment of coronary disease, its result is satisfactory. But the longterm effects need further observation.
