摘  要:目的建立测定枸杞中主要成分甜菜碱含量的方法。方法采用Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱对样品进行纯化,C18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以50mMKH2PO4(pH4.45)和0.3%辛烷磺酸钠为流动相,流速为0.7mL·min^-1,检测波长200nm。结果甜菜碱进样量在0.01~0.32μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好线性,r=0.9998。结论该法操作简便,结果准确。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Glycine betaine in the leaf of Lycium Chinese Mill. by SPE-HPLC. METHODS Seperation was performed on a stainless steel column(5μm,250mm×4. 6mm),eluted with 50mM KH2PO4 (pH4. 45) containing ion-pair agent 0. 3 % Sodium-1-Octansulfonate at a flow rate of 0. 7mL · min^-1. Detection was performed by UV absorbance at 200nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of Glycine betaine was liner in the range of 0.01~0. 32μg ( r =0. 9996). CONCLUSION This method was simple,accurate and reliable.
