摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法对注射用广炎灵冻干粉针(丁香叶)进行指纹图谱的研究。方法:采用Waters SunFireTMC184.6mm×250mm,5μm分析柱,甲醇-水(V/V)梯度洗脱,流速:1mL/min,检测波长280nm。结果:得到分离度较好的注射用广炎灵冻干粉针指纹图谱。结论:为注射用广炎灵冻干粉针的质量评价提供全面、可靠的依据。AIM： To investigate the chromatographic fingerprints of Guangyanling Injection （Syringa oblata Lindl） by HPLC. ME ,THODS： The separation was performed on a Water SunFire^TM C18 4.6 mm ×250 mm 5μ m analytical column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water as gradient eluent at the flow rate of 1 mL/ min. The UV detection was set at 280 nm. RESULTS ： The HPLC-UV fingerprints of Guangyanling Injection was obtained with perfect isolation. CONCLUSION ： The fingerprints could be used for the control of Guangyanling Injection.
