摘　　要：目的筛选出适宜农村地区推广应用的计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术。方法根据基线调查,界定适宜技术筛选类别,以国家公布推荐的适宜技术为初选项目数据库,形成初选技术清单;确定技术筛选原则、指标、可操作性定义和等级评分标准,采取“基层需求陈述、同行专家评议、政府管理参与”步骤,由专家对每项初选技术各指标直接赋值评分。结果形成适宜推广技术的综合评价分值及专家推广建议。结论指导基层筛选适宜推广技术,需要建立和应用科学、简便、有效的筛选评价方法。Objective： To select ready and mature technology for family planning/reproductive health for countryside. Methods： Based on baseline- investigation, technology list were firmed selected from national database. According to a series of principles, indicators, feasible definition and standardized grade of scores created by expert group, each technology divided by category were scored and demonstrated by the experts through ＂statement by grass - roots requirement, evaluation by experts and management by government ＂. Results： Comprehensive scores and the suggestion to be extended were obtained. Conclusion： It is needed scientifical, briefly and effective evaluation method for the selection of ready and mature technology for family planning/reproductive health for grass -roots requirement.
