妈富隆与求偶素用于青春期功血止血疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较妈富隆与求偶素用于青春期功血止血治疗的临床疗效。方法对60例青春期功血住院患者,随机分组,30例使用妈富隆、30例使用求偶素止血治疗,比较两组患者的止血效果、副反应。结果使用妈富隆治疗组的完全止血时间较用求偶素止血治疗组明显缩短(P<0.05),副反应及治疗失败率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆用于青春期功血止血治疗效果肯定,副反应少。Objective ： To investigate the treatment effectiveness of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding by marvelon and stilbestrol. Methods ：60 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into two groups： 30 patients treated by marvelon,30 patients treated by stilbestrol. The effectiveness and side - effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The treatment by marvelon were more effective （ P 〈 0.05 ） with few side - effects （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： The treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding by marvelon is convenient, effective and appears few side - effects.
