摘　　要：采取文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,在对山东省体育管理人才资源进行调查的基础上,分析了山东省体育管理人才资源现状及需求情况,论述了山东省体育管理人才资源开发的基本方针与战略目标,提出山东省体育管理人才资源开发的对策与措施,旨在为山东省体育管理人才的培养和管理提供参考。With the methods of document, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics and on the basis of the investigation of the sports management talent resources of Shandong province, this paper makes an analysis of current condition and demand situation of the sports management talent resources in Shandong province. It clears about the basic policy and strategic target and comes up with countermeasures of the development in sports management talent resources, so as to provide a reference for training and managing sports management talents of Shandong province.
