摘　　要：研究对象为国家队、省市一线队主力队员35人。经过专家访谈和教练员经验筛选,得到优秀垒球运动员的竞技能力结构的框架,再经过对组成中各项指标的测试和统计学处理,最终确定了中国优秀垒球运动员的竞技能力结构模型。此模型将为优秀垒球运动员运动能力的发展提供训练的目标系统。This research selected 35 top players all from Chinese National Team and the best municipal and provincial teams that could be the representatives of highest level of Chinese softball. After the process of experts＇ interview and coaches＇ experiential selection, we obtained the composition of athletic ability of the elite softball players. Through testing every index of the composition, we finally defined the structural model of athletic ability of elite Chinese softball players. This model will provide objective system of training for the development of athletic ability of elite softball players.
