摘　　要：对我国普通高校高水平运动队员专业学习管理情况进行研究,并提出相应对策,旨在促进高水平运动队的建设和发展。In colleges and universities, high - level athletes are always so obsessed by their poor academic performance that they are unable to take part in trainings and games wholeheartedly, and consequently their athletic performance cannot be raised to a higher level. Therefore, it is necessary to make a study on how to manage the athletes＇ academic performance. Based on the strdy, colleges should work out the policies concerned to perfect the management of high- level sport teams and to promote their development.
