摘　　要：文章就图书馆书刊招标采购中的难点——外文书刊招标采购工作,谈了一些体会与对策。This paper gives some experience and strategies for reference directing at the difficult point in library books and periodicals purchasing by public bidding, that is books and periodicals in foreign languages purchasing by public bidding.
