摘  要:本文研究了在低温等离子体条件下,电子碰撞NO/SO_2/N_2/O_2气体引发离解反应的反应机理。应用碰撞理论和波尔兹曼方程分析,对能量分布函数及反应速率常数进行数值模拟,得到离解反应速率常数与温度的曲线,分析预报各反应过程及表现。最后将速率常数拟合为Arrhenius公式的形式。Mechanism of the dissociation reactions of NO/SO2/N2/O2 gaseous molecules in nonthermal plasma was investigated. Energy distribution function and chemical reaction rate coefficients were calculated through Boltzmann equation analysis and collision theory. The rate coefficients for electron collisions were fitted to Arrhenius form. The relation between chemical reaction rate and electron temperature was presented to judge the importance of each reaction and to predict the process of gaseous chemical reaction.
