摘　　要：通过对邯钢第三炼钢厂板坯连铸机钢包回转台上高强度螺栓制造工艺的分析,表明螺栓的性能级别达到了10.9级以上。预紧安装及使用效果证明该批螺栓满足了板坯连铸机设备安装及生产的需要。High strength bolts used on the turret of a slab caster at No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Handan Steel have to pass over the performance requirements of 10.9 class. Manufacturing practice was introduced based on the requirements. The test run and trail operation showed that all the manufactured bolts met the requirements on both equipment installation and the casting practice.
