摘 要:在水平浓淡燃烧器的实际应用中,燃烧器的分离性能主要受分离挡板数量及布置方式的影响。该文在一挡板对称布置、一挡板不对称布置、三挡板不对称布置3种不同的方式下,通过调整燃烧器一次风挡板角度,对3种布置方式下燃烧器的阻力特性、浓淡风比及浓缩比进行了研究,旨在确定一次风挡板角度与分离挡板对燃烧器浓淡分离的影响,以便提高水平浓淡燃烧器的性能。结果表明,燃烧器挡板角度的调整对燃烧器的总体阻力特性影响很小;燃烧器挡板偏转对于燃烧器整体以及浓淡两侧的气流速度都有一定的影响,且对淡侧影响较大;燃烧器的浓淡分离效果随挡板偏角的增加而显著增加,且三挡板非对称布置的浓淡分离效果最好。In practical application of horizontal bias burner, the separation performance is mainly affected by the number of separation baffles and the way they are arranged. By adjusting the angle of the primary air baffle under the mode of one baffle symmetrically arranged, one baffle dissymmetrically arranged and three baffles dissymmetrically arranged, the resistance characteristic, bias air ratio and the concentrated ratio are studied to confirm the influence of primary air baffle and separation baffles on the separation process, which is of great significance to enhance the performance of horizontal bias burner. Result shows that the baffle of burner has very little influence on the total resistance characteristic; both the speed of rich side and lean side are affected by the angle of burner as a whole, furthermore, the lean side is influenced more greatly; the separation performance could be enhanced with the increase of burner's angle and the best separation effect could be acquired when the three baffles are dissymmetrically arranged.
