摘 要:我国进行±800kV特高压直流输电建设,有许多技术问题需要解决,包括系统研究、测试、产品研究与开发、工程设计和实施等问题。讨论了我国±800kV特高压直流输电工程的电磁环境、过电压与绝缘配合、直流偏磁、控制保护系统、特高压交直流混合电网的稳定性等方面存在的技术问题。在总结已有研究成果的基础上,提出了一些对我国特高压直流输电建设、维护和运行有参考价值的建议:如深入开展高海拔下电磁环境参数的计算和测量及标准制定;高海拔、重污秽、重冰区等典型地理气候条件下绝缘配合和长空气间隙试验;直流偏磁抑制措施和接地极选址;控制保护策略和故障分析能力;特高压混合电网规划和广域电力系统安全稳定控制等方面问题的研究。In the field of ±800kV UHVDC power transmission construction in China, many technical problems, including system study, measurement and test, equipment development, engineering design and implementation, are to be solved. The authors research such existing technical problems as electromagnetic environment, over-voltage and insulation coordination, DC magnetic bias, control and protection system, stability of hybrid UHVAC/DC power grid. On the basis of summarizing existing research results, several conclusions, which are available for reference to the construction, maintenance and operation of UHVDC transmission in China, are put forward, they are: the calculation and measurement of electromagnetic environment .parameters in high.,altitude regions and drafting related standards; insulation coordination and long 'air gap tests under typical geographic and climatic conditions, e.g., high altitude region, heavily polluted region, heavily icing region, etc.; DC magnetic bias restraining measures and site selection for ,ground electrodes; control and protection strategies and fault analysis ability; and the. research on hybrid UHVAC/DC power grid planning and security and stability control of wide area power grid.
