摘  要:在轮滑双脚支撑惯性转弯滑行中,内侧脚用轮外缘支撑是教学中的难点。经过实验研究,证明采用同侧手向外拨膝法,可以有效纠正初学者膝关节内扣的错误动作,有利于臀向圆心移靠,便于掌握内侧脚轮外缘支撑技术。In two - foot supported inertia - induced curve skating, the teaching difficulty is how to handle the body gravity on the outside wheel - edge of inner foot. The practice research proves that the wrong action of inner- inclined- knee can be corrected by using hand- push- knee method, which promote the better getting closer to the center of a circle and further help the beginner to get the skill of wheel - outside - edge supported skating quickly.
