摘  要:运用改进的柠檬酸络合自燃法合成出在La4BaCu5O13+δ的A,B位复合掺杂改性的类钙钛矿化合物La3SrBaCu4CoO13+δ,考察了柠檬酸与金属硝酸盐的摩尔比和成胶温度等对材料制备的影响,并通过XRD,SEM和BET等测试手段对材料的物相结构、显微形貌和比表面积进行了基本的分析;测试了材料的尾气净化三效催化性能,结果表明,所制备的材料具有良好的尾气净化三效催化活性,在空燃比为14.6时,其对CO,HC和NOx的催化转化效率分别达到了100%,92%和90%。The pen)vskite-like compound of La3SrBaCu4CoO13+δ was synthesized with two kinds of elements doping in the "A" and "B" position of the La4BaCusO13+δ by the improved citrate method. The factors on the synthesis were investigated, including the mol ratio of the citrate acid and the metal nitrates, and the sol-gel temperature. The crystalline phase, mien)structure and special surface area of the material were tested with the XRD, SEM and BET technology, respectively. The three-way catalytic activity results showed that the material was a good kind of three-way catalyst for the automobile exhaust. When the air/fuel ratio was 14.6, the catalytic conversion efficiency for CO, HC and NOx were 100%, 92% and 90%, respectively.
