摘　　要：运用第三产业经济学和体育科学等学科的理论与方法,从产业属性、国外体育产业比较、体育产业投入产出关系、体育产业地位和作用、体育产业政策等方面,对中国体育产业在国民经济中的地位和作用做了多角度研究,揭示了中国体育产业内部要素的关系及关联度、体育产业与其他产业的联系及波及规律、体育产业与外部环境的关系、体育产业发展规律,提出了中国体育产业的发展目标与措施。Through using the theory and method of tertiary industry economics and sports science and with respect to five aspects as follows： the industry attributes of the sport industry, the comparison of sport industry home and abroad, the input-output of sport industry in Chi- na, the position and function of sport industry in national economy of foreign countries, policy orientation of the government, this paper made omni-directional and multi-angle analysis on position and function of sport industry in China＇s national economy, probed into the inter-reaction and related degree of every key element inside the sport industry in its development, the link between sport industry and other industries and also the regular pattern to affect the industry, inter-reaction between sport economic development and external environment condition and the rule of sport industry development in China and put forwarded the goal and measurement for the development of sport industry in China.
