摘 要:测定了C12、C14、C16、C18饱和脂肪酸和油酸单乙醇酰胺醚羧酸盐(LAEC,MAEC,PAEC,SAEC,OAEC)的表面张力γcmc临界胶束浓度(cmc)、发泡、去污、润湿、分散、乳化等表面物理化学性能,并与醇醚羧酸盐(AEC3Na)进行了比较。结果表明:在C12-C18范围内,随着碳原子数的增加,饱和烷醇酰胺醚羧酸盐的cmc逐渐减小,而γcmc变化不大;MAEC的发泡性和去污性最好,优于AEC3Na;LAEC的发泡性虽不及AEC3Na,但去污性优于AEC3Na。Surface activity of C12, C14, C16, C18 fatty acid and oleic acid monoethanol amide ether carboxylate(LAEC, MAEC,PAEC,SAEC,OAEC), such as surface tension, cmc, foaming ability, cleaning ability, wetting ability and dispersion ability were studied. It is found that with the increase of carbon number for the amide ether carboxylate from 12 to 18, the cmc of the saturation amide ether carboxylate decreased, but γcmc did not change much. MAEC have a strong foaming ability and cleaning ability than AEC3Na. The foaming ability of LAEC is as good as, but the cleaning ability is better than, AEC3 Na.
