摘  要:平坦度是描述带钢表面几何形状的重要参数,平坦度在线检测对于带钢板形的控制尤为重要。因此,研究了一种新的基于投影条纹法的平坦度检测系统。文中阐述了该系统的测量原理、硬件结构和软件部分。软件部分包括图像处理、深度提取及平坦度计算等。此测量方法属于全场式三维测量方法,能克服带钢运动对测量造成的不良影响,与目前广泛采用的传统测量方法相比,能更准确地测量出带钢平坦度。测量实验表明,该系统测量误差小于±0.4mm,能够分辨出±1I的不平度偏差。Flatness is a crucial parameter describing geometry of steel strip surface. Flatness on-line measurement is especially important for the control of steel strip shape, so it is necessary to install a flatness measurement system at the exit of the rolling mill. A new measurement method was developed, which is based on the projected fringe meth- od. This paper discusses its measurement principle, hardware structure and system software which includes image processing, depth extracting, flatness calculation, and so on. This method is a 3-dimensional measurement method, and can avoid the bad effect caused by the motion of the strip. Comparing with currently widely applied traditional methods, this method can measure the flatness parameters more accurately. The test experiment indicates that the measurement error of the system is less than± 0.4 mm, and a flatness deviation of around ± 1 I-unit can be resolved.
