摘  要:针对内、外螺纹外形检测的特点和难点,本文提出了一种基于激光位移检测技术、光栅位移检测技术、精密机械技术和计算机辅助数据处理技术的非接触检测方法。该系统具有2μm的检测灵敏度,±30μm位移检测精度,以及2kHz的检测带宽。实验证明,该方法能够快速、高精度地测量齿高、齿顶角、螺距、锥度等多项螺纹尺寸参数。文中详细论述了系统的组成、检测原理与方法、上位机软件的数据处理,分析了系统误差产生的原因和提高精度办法。Aiming at the features and difficulties internal and external screwthread detection, a non-contact measurement system is proposed, which is based on the technologies of laser displacement probing, grating displacement inspection, fine mechanics, computer real-time control and data processing. The system features the solution of 2μm, the precision of ±30μm and the detection bandwidth of 2 kHz. Experiments prove that this device can measure many parameters, such as thread depth, pressure angle, pitch, and also including taper angles of both internal and external srewthreads quickly and accurately. In this article, the system composition, measurement principle, and data processing of host PC are described. The system error sources and the way to improve the system precision are also analyzed.
