公民心肺复苏知识掌握现状与技能培训的方法及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨本地区公民心肺复苏知识掌握现状和技能培训方法及意义。方法随机抽取多个群体的公民共350人,采用问答试卷调查与技能培训。结果培训前350名公民对心肺复苏知识及技能普遍不掌握。公民培训前、后口对口人工呼吸、胸外心脏按压部位、胸外心脏按压深度、按压与通气比例、操作正确人数间差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论公民心肺复苏知识及技能普遍缺乏,急需培训学习。短期培训可明显提高公民心肺复苏知识与技能。Objective To explore the knowledge state of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the methods and significance among local citizens. Methods 350 citizens were evaluated for the knowledge and skills in CPR by questionnaire before and after CPR training. Results 350 citizens commoly lacked of knowledge and skills in CPR before training. There is signifincane in the inderes of mastery over the knowledge and skills of CPR before and after the training （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion At present most citizens are short of the knowledge and skills in CPR. It is urgent to provide CPR training among citizens. And it is pratical to enhance significantly the citizens＇ knowledge and skills in CPR trought a short - term training.
