摘  要:采用有限元方法研究了温度场、压力场对注塑件残余应力及翘曲变形的影响,重点讨论注塑件成型过程中温度场、压力场的计算,以及在热塑性小变形理论下的注塑件翘曲变形计算。对影响摩托车尾罩注塑件翘曲变形的因素进行分析,提出了翘曲产生的原因及相应的改进措施。The effects of temperature field and pressure field on residual stress and defoimation of injection molded parts was studied by FEM. The computation of temperature filed, pressure filed in molding process and defoimation based on theimoelastic theories were discussed mostly. The factors that affected motorcycle tail cup warpage, such as mould temperature were analyzed, and the cause of warpage and the improving measures for the injection product were also put forward.
