血浆抵抗素水平与2型糖尿病的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆抵抗素与2型糖尿病的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病患者48例和年龄、体重指数相匹配的正常对照组30例,于清晨空腹测量身高、体重,并采集静脉血,采用酶联免疫分析法检测空腹血浆抵抗素水平。结果两组年龄相匹配,体重指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),平均血浆抵抗素水平糖尿病组(42±10)μg/L,正常对照组(21±5)μg/L,2型糖尿病组的血浆抵抗素水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者血浆抵抗素水平升高,抵抗素可能对2型糖尿病的发生、发展起重要作用。Objective To explore the relationship between plasma resistin levels and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty-eight cases of type 2 diabetes and 30 age and body mass index matching healthy subjects underwent body height and weight measnrements and venous phlebotomy in the morning, The fasting plasma resistin concentrations in blood samples were assessed using EIJSA. Results In both groups, there were no differences in age and BMI （P〉0.05）. The level of plasma resistin was （42±10）μg/L in type 2 diabetes patients, remarkably higher than （21±5） μg/L as found in the control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Higher level of fasting plasma resistin was found in type 2 diabetes, suggesting its important role in the pathogenesis of this condition.
