摘　　要：介绍了软交换网与H.323IP电话网之间的关系,以基于H.248协议的软交换网与基于H.323协议的IP电话网为例,阐述了两网互联互通时的相关测试内容及测试方法。This paper introduced the relation between soft-switching network and H. 323 IP telephone network and introduced the relevant testing contents and methods in connecting the two types of networks for interworking by taking the example of the soft-switch network basded on H. 248 protocol and the telephone network of IP based on H. 323 protocol.
