痰热清在恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察在恶性肿瘤化疗中应用痰热清对患者免疫功能的影响。方法70例恶性患者随机分为A、B两组,A组单纯给予化疗,B组在化疗的同时,给予痰热清静脉滴注,20ml/次,连用半月。两组患者在化疗的前后测定外周血的T细胞亚群(CD3,CD4,CD8)和NK。结果B组的CD4,CD4/CD8明显高于A组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在肿瘤的化疗过程中应用痰热清能够明显提高患者的免疫功能,没有发现明显的不良反应。Objective To study effects of Tanreqing on patients with malignant tumor under chemotherapy. Methods 70 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into 2 groups （A group and B group）：A group was given chemotherapy; B group was given Tanreqing for half month （20ml/time） and chemotherapy. T cells （CD3 ,CD4,CDs and NK）of peripheral blood before and after Tanreqing treatment were determined in 2 groups. Results The positive perecentages of CD4 and CD4/CDs in T cells of peripheral blood in B group were significantly higher than that of A group, there was significance（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Tanreqing can significantly elevate the immunological function of cancer patients at the course of chemotherapy and no obvious side effects were observed.
