颈椎前路带锁钢板治疗颈椎骨折脊髓损伤10例围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的::探讨采用颈椎前路带锁钢板治疗颈椎骨折、脊髓损伤患者的围手术期护理方法。方法:将20例患者根据不同治疗方式分为两组各10例,一组采用颈椎前路带锁钢板内固定术,另一组采用传统术式,即切开复位、颈椎体次全切除术,并比较其疗效。结果:两组骨折愈合率、治疗效果优良率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用颈椎前路带锁钢板内固定治疗颈椎骨折、脊髓损伤,使颈椎获得稳定,使椎体高度无丢失,生理曲度良好,无假关节形成,减少了术后并发症的发生。Objective ： To explore methods of perioperative nursing in the treatment of spinal cord injury caused by fracture of cervical spine treated with steel plate with interlock from anterior cervical access. Methods： Twenty patients, treated with different way, were divided into 2 groups （ 10 patients for each ）. Internal fixation with interlock steel plate was applied from anterior cervical access for one group and common operation for another group respectively and the effectiveness was compared. Results： There was significant difference in the comparison of healing rate and effectiveness between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The application of Internal fixation with interlock steel plate from anterior cervical access can make cervical spine stable, pyramid in the same height, physiological curve ideal and no pseudarthrosis is formed, so that postoperative complications can be decreased.
