论创新合作经济组织与新农村生产发展

摘　　要：创新合作经济组织可以通过提高农业产业化经营水平、提高农产品国际竞争力、保护与增进农民利益、提高农民素质等推进新农村生产的发展。由于当前存在许多障碍因素,新农村生产发展中合作经济组织建设还任重道远。必须用建设新农村的高标准,在法律保障中、政策完善中、科教支持中、培植典型中、加强建设中健康发展农村合作经济组织。ICEO can raise agricultural management standard, agricultural products international competitiveness, protect and increase farmer＇s profit, and raise farmer＇s quality to promote new countryside＇s construction. But a few limitation factors exist within its development, ICEO of new countryside＇s productivity need long way to build. We must apply higher standard to construct new countryside, and develop healthy ICEO during regulation＇s protection, policy＇s perfection, science and technology＇s support, and nourishing model organizations.
